Hello Dev,

Sorry I haven't got round to posting any pictures and some commentary on the new workshop. I have been very busy at work, a holiday and perhaps more over coming to terms with all my new space, and moving from my old shed to the new building. :D

I am away again at the weekend but will make an effort to post an update next week.

Thanks for asking, it is nice to know that my friends here on the forum are thinking about me! :)

All the best, Tony.

Sorry if you answered this before Tony. But what is happening to the old shed?

Good question Wizz,

In the short term, I am going to leave my Scheppach P/T in there as I am planning to upgrade this later in the year. I have my eye on the Hammer A3-31 but need to save a bit more cash to buy this later in the year.

The rest of my equipment is slowly being moved. At the moment I am operating from both places which is a bit of a chore.

I need to make a new bench and I am watching BB's thread on this with interest. I quite like the Roubo bench on Richard Maguire's site.

Once I have moved fully to the new shop I suspect my old place will soon accumulate bikes, garden furniture, and other bits and pieces I'm sure you can imagine!

Tony.

It's a basic rule of the universe that clutter grows to fill available space. (Well in my place it does!)

Roy.

I'm glad it's not being scrapped. Such a lovely, interesting building! ;)
