I think I might have done most of what I intended to write for Chapter3.

I have one more annex to write on European harmonised voltages that I will do soon and merge with any corrections and suggestions you feedback to me on chapter3.
I'll then make all three chapters into a single document and then draw breath and see how people get on with it.
I'm vaguely considering a section on DIY home built converters but I wonder how useful readers will find this.
It maybe that those who are confident enough will know how to do it anyway and those who are not confident won't want to play with high voltage electrics. Maybe I'll put up a poll in a few days to test the water.
