Someone kindly gave me one of these, but it is missing the sanding belt. It is made in West Germany so pre 1991 and seems like a quality unit. I would like to get it working, so If you know the belt size please let me know.
It also seem to predate the internet so a quick google search did not turn up much.
Thank you.
Jon

Use a tape measure to determine the width.

Use a dressmaker's tape measure or a piece of string wrapped around the drive and idler wheels to determine the belt circumference.

Belts are only available in a limited number of sizes and widths so pick the nearest one to your measurements (start by filtering by width - 2", 3", 4" etc.)

See also here, that only has two possible options:

https://www.wmv-dresden.de/document..._MWA_61__MWA_67__MWA_71__MWA_149__MWA_159.pdf

Confirm via your measurements that the ones listed therein are plausible.
