Hi everyone, new to the forum.
I bought the above a few years ago which dates from 1994 and all has been fine until the switch stopped working.
Now I’m no electrician but it seems that the problem lies with the breaker that prevents restart. I found what I thought was the correct replacement but it wasnt. What I’d really like is a switch that I can surface mount on the machine.
Does anyone know the easiest way to get me going again! or better still able to point me to a second hand unit ……
Lockdown has made this really difficult and Metabo, who bought out EB around 2000, are not making things any easier.
