drill depth stop question

Evening all. Quick question - I have a pretty, but pretty useless colourful anodised Axminster set of drill depth stops/collars. They often slip

I seem to remember hearing that there is a really good "side fixing" set that don't rely on an a little grub screw driving into the bit.

Make sense to anyone??

I've had a search here and looked in the obvious places but a user recommendation would be greatly appreciated,

This is my depth stop for shelf pin holes, not pretty but it doesn't slip.

Those split ones look like they would be good. Like the OP I am pretty disgusted with the simple grub screw ones so no longer use them. Went back to just using a bit of tape and to be honest that does the job pretty well.

Sticky tape tab - it fits every drill size perfectly  and clears away the waste.
