Does anyone know if Chris Hyde is still selling the Dowelmax in the UK? The website ( http://www.dowelmax.co.uk ) doesn't exist and the domain doesn't appear to be registered. Obviously can't email him on his dowelmax email address.

I liked that it could do both edges and faces, what are the alternatives other than multiple jigs?

This one looks interesting, although the design decision to only allow two holes at a time seems poor, .. and only one hole if you're doing 11/12mm?

Can you not get it shipped from the states? Both the metric and imperial versions are available with international shipping and priced in GBP. On sale at the moment too, which might help mitigate the shipping cost.
