A combination machine. Probably from the 80's thats was very small.
I cannot remember the name only it was pretty tiny by comparison to most machines. Maybe 750mm or 1m long by about 450mm wide. Possibly not even that big
I think i initially saw it in the argos or some other mail order catalog.

Even as a small kid i was enamored by it.

One that comes to mind is the Zinken Mia6

I was buddied up for a while with a guy who actually carted one of those round jobs in the boot of his mk.II Escort. It took me ages to remember the name (we are talking early 1980s, so maybe not surprising). They also did a bigger machine called something like a ZC21, but try as I might I can't find any photos of one. Apparently the Zinken firm or what looks like a successor still exists (Gamma-Zinken)

Edit: Just did another search and found a ZC-21 for sale:

Remember Picador Spindles? "The Poor Man's Pal".
My first TS was a spindle with a 6" blade, on top of an ammo box containing a washing machine motor.
I was actually making a living with it making boxes for toys, with the aid of wobble saw washers etc.
Still got all my fingers!
They did all sorts of add ons so you could more or less build your own combi machine

Add ons for an ammo box and washing machine motor? 😆 just kidding, i assume you mean the picador?

I have a Kity k5 (combi) table saw, planer thicknesser with spindle moulder and mortice attachment. It was teplaced by Bestcombi mid 80s

The Bestcombi that followed the K5 Mk2 (like mine) was almost identical to the model it replaced, apart from a different paint job the only significant upgrade was changing the shaft on the spindle moulder from 20mm to industry standard 30mm. Still a decent little machine and a hell of a lot have survived. The later Bestcombi 2000 is a different machine.
