Hi Chris, what are you using machine /pantograph I see a little over-run on the lower of the letters try using a wider diamond.

Not 100% sure but I think it is my CNC it tends to over shoot sometimes, or it may just that typeface

Check out if the motor connects to the screws are tight so you don't get any backlash that could cause over run, what software are you using.
