Dewalt router Base

Does anyone happen to know where I could get the plunge base only for the dewalt 26200 router?

I made the mistake of buying the fixed base and router, thinking that I could get the plunge base at a later date. However I've only found it on amazon, and they're charging £250 for it, which is the same price as the router and both bases. Ludicrous. The only other place I've found is a dewalt spares site, but they're very pricey too.

I would have thought they'd be readily available on eBay, given this router is so popular for cnc rigs, but it appears not. Though I'm not 100% sure what the model number of the plunge Base is.

I used to have the 2-in-1 version and it was excellent.

Maybe try a Dewalt dealer and see what they would charge. Someone like D&M in Twickenham maybe?

They don't have the base you are looking for listed,but they have a large range of deWalt tools on the site.

So might be worth giving them a call if they are a deWalt dealer - may be able to order it in for you.
