Hi All,

I recently purchased a used Dewalt BW682 Biscuit Jointer and have found the handle on the top is worn and wobbly. I have experienced this problem in the identical tool it is replacing. The issue results from the anti-rotation male and female square parts are just not deep enough, so wear is to be expected.

Is this something others have found to be an issue and is there a good workaround? or do I just need to order a new handle and suck it up.

Thanks

Simon

My default fix is build it up with epoxy and file to shape or plastic weld it with a soldering iron and some scrap plastic.
