Delta 40-560 Type 2 second hand

I've been offered one of these for £60.

Is this a good saw and is this a reasonable price?

Anything I should look out for?

Hi Roger,
Yes it is a good saw ( i have two!!! )
the last one i got from ebay and payed £35.00 for, the table was a bit rusty, but 20 minuets with a piece of emery cloth sorted that out , and as i like to polish the tables anyway it was no big deal.
