Hi folks,

Sorry if i posted this twice. Lost the last one.

I have finally got a deft spindle moulder. My apologies to Richard at Lyndhurst for thinking he was bidding up his own bids. Since taking delivery i have found him to be a top bloke.

If anyone out there is looking for a fantastic 200kg spindle/router table look no further. The quality is fantastic my hammer bandsaw just moved into no.2. It varies from the video for laguna that is linked to the ebay page. You dont have to worry about bolting all you changeovers from the underside. The machine comes with two complete spindle units. One for router bits the other for blocks. It takes less than 5 mins to changeover. I had to get the collet reamed from 12mm to 1/2 inch at the cost of £10. Works fantastic.

I would give my scheppach 2600 planer 5/10 my hammer n4400 8/10 but this machine is 10/10!

The 3hp motor is more than enough for most tasks, no sliding carriage but you get a very high quality mitre sliding gauge which slides in the groove and its easy to make something up.

Its now fitted with a mobile base and it is just fantastic. It makes the hammer bandsaw look like cheap junk.

The price will vary from £650 to £950.

Its a steal. It may not do your tiny router bits at speeds of 3000, 7000, 9000. but all your 1/2 bits should work great.

Looking for a high quality machine at a cracking price look no further.

check out the web page on ebay with the link to laguna.

My last review was better!

Take care

I bought the DEFT Table Saw from Richard a few years ago - excellent machines and great value.
