I saw this story last night and thought it might be a safety thing. Shaver sockets or those top up battery packs and a little splash from a sink.

But wow - I'm staggered that someone would take mains electricity into a bathroom and balance it on their chest! I feel for the poor *******s who had to find his body. Hope there are no kids.
