Cutting French Cleats

I've thought of using my circular saw for cutting FC's but I doubt the 45° angle would be too accurate. Are track saws better in this respect?

If you cut both pieces of the FC from the same wood piece, the angle is not too much of a factor as there sure to fit together snugly.
