I figured I'd better post some other work just to prove I do some.
This is a TV cabinet commissioned by a client.
She wanted something that would be painted to match the existing woodwork and to fill the awkward asymetric alcove.
I came up with a curved front fitted cabinet that became a part of the curved window board in the bay window. The window board forms a continuous line right across the front of the cabinet into the chimney breast.
For the doors, she wanted sliding ones as she didn't want them opening out into the room when she was using her set top boxes inside the cupboard.
To make the curved doors I had to lamimate 3 layers of ply together on two separate jigs to get the different radii of curvature correct. The door runners are also made from laminated beach strips to save routing out the curved groves.
