Crosscut table for the Makita SP6000!!

Has anyone ever tried to fabricate a way of using the SP6000 as per the Festool mft crosscut system?
ie. attaching the Makita rail in a similar way...lifting hinge etc?

Simple to make - a board with strips the same thickness as your workpiece screwed at the front and back edge, the rail sits on these .Two registration blocks fixed to these fences - the rail simply pushes up against them,works with homemade saw guides as well
