Hi
Just finished this sled for my newly aquired band saw. It's one of the YouTube video ones.https://youtu.be/RSoqKK6thqo
I have added a stop gauge which is an additional to original design.
Very easy to make and works great.
Next I am goìng to make the table saw cross cut sled with the box joint cutter attachment.https://youtu.be/t2qwQqW1d68
Has any made this one using a 10mm threaded rod for the lead screw?

Well that puts the one I just knocked together for my BS400 to shame!

I think next time I'll glue the runners on while it is actually sitting on the table, as it doesn't run well.

Just about to watch Darbin Orvar's video and I'm expecting it to be quality. I love that she's got a print out on the saw saying what to do before use and after. Exactly what I need!

Cool! ... haven't seen a sled for a bandsaw before. I'm going to make one too! .. the band saw is much quieter than anything else in my shop, so if I can get it prooduce cuts as square as my mitre saw, I'll be well chuffed as I can use that late at night.

Not sure about the clamp implementation though, looks a little weak in that video.

That's exactly why I wanted one. It's often accurate enough (certainly for rough cutting) and it's quiet. The record mitre slots are tiny though (9.5mm). I need a better way to attach them to the sled, or maybe just use one.

The clamp would be handy but I'd be tempted to just make a 45 degree sled for how often I need any other angles cut on the bs.
