Yes it is Doug, sorry folks did not think about the distribution delays.

My copy arrived Saturday Past... as I 'knew' he was going to be 'in' .. went looking straight for the article....
Brilliant to see George and his wonderful machine ! ... and to read a bit of his 'story' too.
Even showed the wife & kids :p ... "I kinda know this fella.. look ! "
My missus loves George's hollow forms, and likes to see his work when posted here on the forum 8)

Fantastic to see George being 'recognised and acknowledged', - his work is a credit to the craft, and he's clearly one of the people that are 'right out of the top drawer' as a 'gentleman', too.

All the very best to him, and long may he continue to produce the superb, beautiful work that we all have the pleasure and priviledge of seeing here on the forum.
:D :D :D 8) 8) 8)

As usuall Alun you post what I could spend some time trying to put to pen I have posted on the second one which was the first one I came to .
That makes sence or does it. Anyway well done George anyone who can make something out of a 4000yr piece of rotten yew deserves to be in the Limelight. REgards Boysie.

Seeing the big green machine again now,i just hope i have made the right decision with my lathe choice

Well done George. Great article and I love that lathe ;)

Great to see George in the flesh as it were, wish they had featured more of his work.

Keep it coming George.
