Copper Beech?

Well Copper Purple Beech,i've been told.
Is this any good for turning does anyone know :?:
A big hedge of it is being pulled up over the road from us and it looks to have some nice size stumps to it all.
Sad really because it looks beautiful all year round
Been there for about 60 years.i've also been told.

Never worked Copper Beech Paul, but if it is big enough, GRAB IT!. :lol:

Also the best bit is under the ground, so if they are lifting the root ball as well go for it!
