Cold Stamps - Mini Quiz

With so many knowledgeable members, wonder if anyone can help identify these stamp marks on three old chisels.

Last two images are same, not certain which way up is correct.

No 3 looks like Stormont

(4) might well be Diamic, which was an Aaron Hildick mark. They later took over Henry Taylor who still use the diamond mark.

Phil beat me to it! I agree. Except that it's Henry Taylor who are still in business, making tools in Sheffield.

If no 2 is a carving tool, one of the most likely answers is S J ADDIS. I can almost convince myself some of the letters do correspond to that, but there's a lot of damage to imagine to make it fit. Does it look likely under a strong light and a magnifying glass? These things are not easy to photograph.

After a good clean up, they are looking good and probably will make reasonable users.
Andy, couple of improved images of the second one, still not sure though.
