Hello! I'm new to woodturning and have so far only been doing some basic spindle work. I want to start turning bowls and therefor I'm looking for a chuck to fit my lathe.
The problem is that my lathe tailstock has an odd thread, its M36x4 and I can't find any chuck that fits it.
I do have faceplates / backplates that fits.
So my question is if anyone know where I can find a good woodturning chuck that can be mounted on a backplate. I only seem to find chucks with threads that are suposed to go directly onto the tailstock.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks
