Hi everyone,
I had a basic £70-£80 scroll saw bought for me a few years ago and I have used it very rarely. I find it quite difficult to follow lines accurately and was wondering whether this is because it's a cheap saw or whether I just need practice.

Has anyone any experience of these cheap scroll saws (Axminster brand) and are they worth persevering with?
Also, any hints for successful use?

Blade tension and/or practice are key elements. The cheapness of the saw shouldn't matter.

If you're referring to the AWFS16, you can produce some great results with it.
