For what it's worth I asked Yandle's about this and they said:

Hello, yes, I can confirm we have a 450, single phase unit (68000) in the shop and it requires a 16amp supply. The largest unit we have on a standard 3pin plug would be the Sabre350

I think I might head down to the store tomorrow and see what gives. They were running a promotion last month where they'd bundle a pressure washer. Be interesting to see if they'd chuck in something more useful like the mitre gauge, wheels or expansion table.

Deals afoot today in Yandles. They have the Record Power team in so there's a few quid off. They also have a 450 with no packaging that's going for even less. I'd have nabbed it but wouldn't fit in the car. Might be worth a phone call if you can't make it in person.
