How do I send a PM to one person. Have done it many times but I appear to have a senior moment right now.

Click on the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the screen next to your username. Then click on "Start a new conversation".

You can also put your curser on the avatar picture to the left of the screen and a little window opens giving you the option of starting a conversation. Clicking the picture does the same. Very handy when the name is a big one to remember.
