Can you buy replacement sash clamp heads?

For some reason I've got more clamp tails than clamp heads for some ?Record sash clamps (the sort where both head and tail are moveable along the drilled bar, but the head has the screw mechanism).

Is it possible to get replacements of just the heads?

They are usually sold as a complete unit but you can buy clamp fittings you attach to a wooden bar.

Perhaps a couple of wood shims to allow for them being wider. Really handy if you ever need really long clamps.
