Cabinet Doors

Hi

I am making some workshop cabinets, based on standard kitchen cabinet design 1200 and 600 wide and slightly deeper at 600mm

I plan to make some doors out of MDF and route a nice edge so they not plain.

What thickness of MDF should I use 18mm or could I do thinner - doors will be 600 * 700mm

PS what edging bit should I use to make an edge ?

I would personally use 18mm.

+1. Any thinner and you won't be able to sink in euro hinges with out risk of breaking through.
