I have the Sorby slicer but find that it takes a lot of effort to use and I have to accept funnel shaped cored.
After reading this excellent comparison I'd decided to buy the Kelton corer but Toolpost, the distributor in this country won't have them for 8 weeks.
Does anyone know of another source?
