Used but in pristine condition. I just don't get anytime to do the woodworking due to my full time occupation unfortunately so reluctantly getting rid of most of my tools and machines to get the room back in my unit 
Got to say I'm not actually sure if this is a wet and dry version, as I purchased it for the GCM 12 GDL Mitre saw, so haven't looked if it can pick up beer spills of the floor!!!!!
