Just picked up the book off the back of this thread and I have to say it's great. Wish I had it a couple of years ago, would have saved a lot of bother!I think the time pressures of doing this a hobby come from only getting short sessions in the workshop - an hour here and there - and the need to feel like something has been achieved each time. It's a difficult lesson to learn that it's OK to spend an hour in the workshop and leave with nothing changed, as long as this doesn't lead to jumping between projects every few weeks!
