I've had my eye on a bobbin sander for a while and tonight I've taken the plunge. Enticed by the 15% off at Rutlands I went for their "original" bobbin sander. I'm sure it's the same as the Scheppach, Triton, Clarke one but with the discounts it comes to £80 which is £40 cheaper than the Clarke one even when they do their bat free weekends.

I figure for the money and my use it will be tickety boo.

The wife did catch me with the machine mart catalogue open and my bank card out!

Odd that I moved the grinder yesterday and have already filled the space today!

Ive also took the plunge today on the new bobbin with the belt sander.

Deliberated over the last few days as I was originally just going to get the bobbin sander, which Ive been waiting for the bank holiday to order as they normally have the 15% discount.

I just hope the extra outlay for the belt attachment is going to be worth it as it's roughly double the price.
