Best finish for a oak new oak porch

Hi I’ve made an oak porch what finish would people recommend ,don’t want anything that will blisters thanks

Most people will advise you to leave it bare.

Mines got nothing on it. Because the green oak splits, any finish is doomed to fail and look aweful.
Is your porch green oak or joinery grade?

I built mine about 10 years ago, it was made of ‘stable’ oak (left in stick for a couple of years before use). No finish applied. It’s doing fine.
