Thanks, I’d found that one already, but it’s not a smoothed rounded bellmouth, which I think is the whole point of trying to achieve maximum efficiency of airflow. I’m looking for around 140 / 150mm, ideally plastic as in the example above.

Speaker ports are the right shape but hard to find in 150mm/6". 100mm/4" more common. Companies that sell parts to audiophiles carry them along with online sellers like Amazon, and the ones in China. I have not tried one so can't say how durable they will be.

If you have a lathe you can make a form and use a heat gun to warm PVC enough to use the tailstock to force the PVC drain pipe over the form to shape it.
