BESSEY DUOKLAMP are these clamps any good are they upto trade use.

I was fitting some edging on a worktop today and ran out of clamps. I saw these on special offer today and wondered if they are any good. To get the job done today we picked up a Howdens clamp set which looked crap and was crap  one clamp broke within 5 minutes.

I bought a few when Axminster had their bargain sale a few years ago  and I have to say that I cannot fault them. As with the K-Body they are very good.

Cheers

In my humble opinion yes! - and then some. The heads are kevlar so even the little lip that the protective cap slides onto is a clamping surface and can withstand the full power of the clamp. The paralell action takes a few days to get used to but once it 'clicks' you'll never go back to perpendicular clamps again.

Try 'em, if you don't like them I'll give you your money back.

If you need to really put the squeeze on things with minimal effort the G-series ratchet lever clamps might strum your strings as well.
