I've just been doing a search on some old threads, and noticed that his name was in grey (as used for guests) - rather than blue (for members). 1 month suspension????

There was a thread about promoting your own business in the "comments" section. Not sure if this had anything to do with it.

He was here around lunchtime - or at least his post were.

A couple of posts were verging on questioning the running of the forum but not offensively so IMHO.

I suspect there are a couple of raw nerves that get tweaked from time to time and these events just happen.

Maybe a Mod can post a definitive statement to stop speculation and we can get back to helping each other.

Certainly not banned by any mods or Charley. No idea what has occured, but he has requested to be removed.

I found that the way to enjoy Alan's posts was to read them aloud in a broad Brummy accent.

They then made perfect sense! :wink:


Perhaps he's been poached by 'the other side'. Maybe Scrit recognised a kindred spirit...
