Hi All
I have a design idea in mind which would mean bending a piece of white oak.
The piece will be about 8" long, 6" high and 3/4" thick. in my head I'd like the grain to run vertical but also need the piece to be almost semi-circular, is it all possible to steam such a piece as I really don't want to laminate. My other thought was just to cut it out of a bigger piece on the band saw but I really would like to keep the face grain in one run which is why I don't want to laminate if at all possible.
Cheers
Kevin
