Bench Drill belt dilema

I have recently inherited a 5 speed bench drill of unknown manufacture, but is the same looking as many out there!
Same looking as Wickes, Clarke etc.
I am trying to find the size of belt to order as this one is stretched, tried measuring with string & ordered one but its too short!
Any help appreciated

Every car spares shop should have a huge selection of fan belts.
Measure the distance between the centres of the two spindles. measure the diameter of any two belts that will be running together, and they should be able to tell you what size to buy.

You could also buy a link belt, they are adjustable for length.
