Hi all,
just to say that i took delivery of my AWVSL1000 last week, and very pleased with it. Not had chance to go mad with it yet, but have had a play (NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE i must add...).
It's been recommended that i get myself a days tuition, could save myself a lot of heartache, money, time etc etc later on. Plus he'll point out 'obvious' ways of doing things that might just pass me by otherwise. So i'm off on Sunday morning up to Chilbolton nr Andover for the day.
I've been lucky and managed to buy myself a Patriot chuck and a set of Sorby chisels at the same time...... mostly funded by selling some old tools that my father-in-law left me, which sadly had started to go rusty in the shed.
Hope to be posting some pics here soon and show off my newly learnt 'skills'...... [-o<
