This box has NEVER seen an oil stone! Internal size 180mm x 40mm. External 200mm x 62mmx 36mm. Brass inlay on all four corners and to centre of lid. A real statement piece of craftsmanship to just be looked at, handled (or even used!) Sold TOGETHER with a small polishing stone in a box 185mm x42mm x 35mm. Another very old example with a semi translucent stone (which is unfortunately missing a piece at one end). Can be posted a buyers expense. £30.00p
