Hi, because our landlord decided to sell the house we lived in for the last 10 years, we decided it's time to move up north and go for a mortgage, so now we try to find as much money we can get to put down for the deposit. so I need to sacrifice some of my machines, unfortunately.
I got into woodworking about 2 years ago, so everything is 1 to 2 years old with light/hobby use.
Collection from Dagenham area, please and bank transfer.

we decided it's time to move up north
Depending how far north and where property should be a lot less and therefore you could end up with space for a bigger workshop, plus you will have cleaner air and in my opinion a more laid back lifestyle. There will also be the Northern woodworking show at Harrogate which is a really good show when it returns and safe to do so.

We're planning to go to the Newcastle area, but the house prices just skyrocketed since the pandemic and the more money we can get for the deposit, the better. I'm keeping some of my tools but some, the bigger ones, need to go, unfortunately. I'm only a hobbyist and DIYer and I didn't get any income from that, so it's not something crucial to keep. We even sell the car and get a cheaper one, so if anyone is interested in a MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER GX 4HS PHEV 2015 with 72000 miles on board, drop me a message. We're looking to get about £13000.

Well it is a small world, I was born in Rushgreen hospital which is just up the road, my dad used to play sax in a band in the Robin hood pub in Dagenham and i lived in Hornchurch but now Cumbria so all the best for your new venture. For me it was conjestion and the southern rat race that drove me north.

We have the kids, one going for 6th form in autumn and the second one in year 8 and unfortunately, my lady doesn't drive, so we're a bit limited to where we can move, for now, it's painful to be the only one driving in the family.

The bandsaw is november 2020 and the planer is june 2020. The advertised blade sizes for the bandsaw is from 'Blade widths 6-25mm (1/4″ – 1″)' but I wouldn't go for full 1". I have a few blades from 1/4 to 3/4.
It comes with 6 Tuffsaw blades.
1x 6mm (unused)
1x 12mm
2x 16mm (1 unused)
2x 18mm (1 unused)

If you don't have any joy selling your car might be worth giving a company called motorway a go. Friend of mine in the car industry said to try them, easy to use and and ended up getting £1200 more than we buy offered

I had a look at them this morning, but l wanna try for a few more days to private sale. Thanks for the tip.

I have a grandson living in Washington near Sunderland - parts of which don't seem the best properties but worth having a quick online search to see what fits your budget

We had a bit of investigation on which area to go to and what to avoid, yes Sunderland might be a bit cheaper but as an area seems to be categorised as a bit rough.
