Axminster "Spigot Clamp" - what else are they called?

I have been after a pair of these for ages:

Well, two pairs actually: for holding my Makita belt sander upside down for odd jobs, and as clamps on my drill table, as they are useful where other clamps are too cumbersome.

So spotted them in Axminster's sale, put them in my basket, and wasn't quick enough checking out. All gone, I think. I'll check tomorrow, but the implication is that Axminster won't restock. Sigh.

Googling for "spigot clamp", which is what Axminster call them, doesn't yield anything.

Does anyone know them by any other name? I can't believe nobody else sells them...

Would something with a similar clamping action be acceptable or do you want this style exactly? There are some sideways-acting toggle clamps that might do what you need.
