Axminster Sawtooth cutters

I use Forstners quite a lot in my cordless drill. However, some of them are started to get a bit dull. Looking through Axminster, I saw the saw tooth cutters. Are they just a more aggressive version of a Forstner and are they ok for cordless drills?

Why not just sharpen them, if you have a dremel type drill it will not take lot at all
