Laziness made me buy these and they are absolute rubbish. The rubbery pads have about as much pushing grip as a frozen Eskimo on a sheet of ice. Not even a lip at the end to help. Should have sent them back for a refund as they redefine the term 'pants'

A couple of 5mm holes in the back edge that are a tight fit on 5mm dowels will give a "hook" to stop them sliding, I did that on the long one but find they don't slip that much. Maybe the yellow ones have different foam as mine were moulded in Orange.
