hi if any of you have been following my other posts on this subject, here is the conclusion,
Last week I wrote an email to the CEO of axminster stating my concerns, and problems, today I got a call and was offered two alternatives my old saw fixed, or a new saw replacement, but it would only have a warranty up till May 2021, the financial reimbursement was not even considered, terms an conditions state no refunds after 30 days, I have opted for a new saw.
I have been having problems with my saw for over 12 months, even involving trading standards and as a last resort I got in touch with the head of the fountain, anyone else having the same problems, I recommend you do what I did.
