Hi

I've just begun looking after an aquarium - by default - my daughter is too busy watching Cbeebies and going to her friends birthday parties!

Initially I though it would be OK without a hood but now I'm not so sure! Ideally I'm looking for someone with the time and tools to make one for me as I no longer have access to a workshop.

Ideally acrylic would be the material of choice, but as this is a woodworking forum, then a lacquered wood, or painted MDF. If anyone is local to Thame / Aylesbury , that would be fantastic.

Payment and pints for anyone willing and able to help.

I will dimension it up more accurately in Sketchup but a guesstimate is:

600mm x 27mm x 50mm - thickness maybe 8mm walls and 12mm top as i need to fix a lamp on the inside.

Cheers
