anyone used the scheppach after sales support?

I have a busted wet/dry vacuum cleaner here that stopped working at the weekend, it's still within the 3 year warranty, bought it from aldi in 2018, it's actually a 'workzone' brand one.

anyone here actually got through to the after sales support? I have tried a few times now, the phoneline always just seems to ring forever, as if nobody's even there,

has anyone had anything repaired or replaced by them? if so what was the experience like?

Ben, looking at their reviews on Trustpilot, I'm afraid I'm not optimistic for you. Doesn't the 3-yr warranty apply to the company that sold it to you...ie Aldi?

yes it does not look too good I'm going in there anyway tomorrow so will take in the receipt and warrantee card, see what they say.

aldi are usually excellent. I think you will get your money back easily enough, but a repair or replacement may be more difficult (due to non stock)

We don't have Aldi in this corner of the Kingdom, but lidl has always come through for me.
