Anyone thinking about a Skelton saw

I have held off cancelling my Skelton saw order i made about 5 months ago as i wanted to see how i felt about hand tools as my shoulder recovered.

As i have decided to stick with power tools and simple projects i will be cancelling my order with Shane but before I do I wanted to see if anyone had been thinking about buying one of Shane's saws and wanted me to see if i could swap them into my place on his waiting list? He is due to pick up my order in Jan / Feb so you'd be saving yourself an 8-9 month wait.

anyone interested please let me know by early next week before i cancel.

As it happens, I've just broken off from cutting a whole lot of dovetails to see what's new on the forum. The job is much pleasanter than it might have been as I am using my relatively new Skelton dovetail saw.
It's the most expensive hand tool I have ever bought but I don't regret the purchase at all.

Petey, I'm sorry you've had to take what must have been a hard decision. If anyone is thinking of getting a Skelton saw, I urge you to take up Petey's kind offer.
