Any idea on dimensons

Hi, I have had an idea to make a set of traditional pork pie mould. However I have not found any dimensions. I know these will be display only but for personal satisfaction I would like them to be accurate copies. Would anyone be able to provide the information I am missing please? Many thanks in advance.

I found listings like these, they don'tindicate whether the height includes the handle or not or the size pie i.e. 1lb, 8 or 4ox. They were in sets of three, but thanks for the link.
