I bought this in a local antique shop I believe its an original arts and crafts piece so probably 110 to 120 years old. I wondered if we had any arts and crafts gurus who might be able attribute a maker to it. I know the handles are un original from removing to revive and polish

Sorry I can’t help you but your polishing job looks great.
 
Its very hard to see, but do the dovetails look like there's a little bit cut out at the bottom of each pin slot ?.
I remember there's one of the older machines cuts like a tiny wee notch.
