Another box design

This is another design I made with Xara Xtreme.

It is a square box with a stylised flower pattern.

Any comments would be very welcome.

Yes, what timber do you recommend for these?

Here's another design for round boxes.

I should think any type of wood could be used for the boxes, approx 6mm thick
