What an amazing guy. Some ***** feels the need to bully him to achieve their bullsh** targets that justify their job (a job that 10,000 people could do) One 2 or 3 people could do Conrad's job. When the heating fails in Winter and they have 200 or more complaints from fee paying students - what will happen then?

It does look like a perversely shortsighted decision - they should be investing in some proper succession planning so someone else can maintain their old plant before he dies or chooses to retire of his own free will. And meanwhile, they could acknowledge the man's contribution properly.

But these reports were from last October and it gets "quite cold" in NYC in the winter. Is the heating still on at Pratt?!
